As the spread of coronavirus continues, we want to reassure our families that we are adhering to government guidelines to minimise the spread of the virus along with continuing to provide our families with the same high level of care, respect and guidance that we always have.

Meaningful funeral services still possible despite Coronavirus restrictions

Funeral Costs

All funerals are different and therefore can vary greatly in price. Rosedale Funeral Home is completely willing to discuss all costs with you in an open and honest way and work with your available budget to provide a personal and meaningful funeral service.

Cooking for One

A collection of recipes and stories written by the bereaved offering wisdom, insight, love and hope. Over the years of running bereavement support groups, we have learned at Rosedale that many people who have lost a partner find it difficult to prepare meals for just one person and the importance of food and cooking can diminish.

What our families say about us

Thank you very much for your efforts on our family’s behalf; our little service went off well. I am sure that if the subject should ever come up none of our family will have any hesitation in recommending Rosedale.

Every part of our dear mum’s service exceeded expectations. We have no hesitation in recommending you to others.

Christian Fairbrother and Beverley Bulmer really impressed us. We were, as a family, given a wonderful opportunity to say goodbye to our loved one with so much dignity, thank you.

The absolute care of every member of your staff especially Richard Green. Absolute professional care, warmth and total confidence, totally reassuring, a sad experience made much easier, thank you.

Of all the funerals we have attended in the past, we thought that this one was lovely and tastefully done. Everything was arranged so well, Richard Green was good at explaining the procedure and was so considerate and patient with us all.

The whole service was exceptional, I cannot thank you enough. The whole team at Beccles were fabulous in what was a difficult time.

It was all first class from beginning to end.

Skip’and his team explained everything clearly and were very sympathetic and caring. Lucy Coote was amazing, explaining the process in a clear, descriptive manner with compassion. We would thoroughly recommend Rosedale and the team.

I couldn’t have wished for a better service from a funeral home: sensitive, kind, respectful and professional.

Every aspect was impressive, superb staff and celebrant, heartfelt thanks to you all. Friends & family actually commented that it was the best funeral they’d ever been to! Just continue with your current kindness and professionalism.

Everyone we encountered went out of their way to make sure they met our every need.

Thank you, thank you, thank you to all the team, you all made it so much easier for my family and I with your kindness, support and utmost professionalism, thank you all sincerely.
