Rosedale Funeral Home have been awarded with a prestigious national award for customer service in relation to pre-paid funeral plans.
The family business based in South Norfolk and North Suffolk, launched the plan 12 years ago when Rosedale Funeral Home was established and it has gone from strength to strength.
The awards were organised by Funeral Planning Services, who quizzed customers about the advice and care that they had received and the Rosedale Plan came out clear winners.
Positive feedback included statements such as:

The Rosedale Funeral Home Prepayment plan allows funeral arrangements to be made many years ahead of the time they are required – and they are also paid for at today’s prices with the availability to make a contribution to the third party payments.
