Rosedale Funeral Home are members of the Society of Allied and Independent Funeral Services and the National Association of Funeral Directors, both of whom demand high professional standards.  Members are required to abide by a stringent Code of Practice and are monitored regularly to ensure a high quality of service is maintained.

Occasionally, things do go wrong, and the National Association of Funeral Directors Professional Standards Board is on hand to investigate complaints about the conduct of members.  Meanwhile, the Funeral Arbitration Scheme can help resolve disputes between bereaved families and their Funeral Director through independent conciliation and arbitration. In the rare event of a complaint, the first step should be to contact the directors.
