Rosedale Park Run

Staff from Rosedale are going to be participating in their first Park Run on Sizewell Beach on Saturday March 16th. The run starts at 9.00am, however, staff will meet at the Rosedale Gazebo at 8.15am at Beach carpark, Sizewell, Sizewell Gap, Leiston, IP16 4UH.

Although the event is free, if it is your first Park Run you need to register online first. You will be able to print off a barcode which you will be able to bring with you. This is especially important if you want to receive a time at the end.

Everyone is welcome to attend and it doesn’t matter how fit you are- there will be walkers taking part as well as those trying to achieve their best time.
