Support

When someone dies, contact us as soon as possible so that we can guide you through the next steps. If someone dies at home, in hospital or in the care of a nursing home, a doctor will need to be contacted so they can arrange a Medical Certificate of the cause of death.

Please browse the sections below to find out how to register a death, arrange a funeral, the costs of a funeral and the Fair Funeral Pledge, how you can visit your loved one and our overview to what happens at a funeral.

If you need our help please contact one of our homes in Attleborough, Beccles, Bungay, Diss, Halesworth, Harleston or Wymondham.
